About Focused Fitness Ultimate Edge Karate
Sensei Daley would like to welcome you to Focused Fitness in Augusta, Maine. From beginners to black belts, youth to adults, we train our students to the best of their ability. Each student is treated as the individual they are, and our instructors have only one expectation - the students desire to learn and perform their best (for children we stress that doing your best goes into every aspect of their lives, inside and outside the Dojo).
Classes are available for adults and children, ages 5 and older. Childrens classes stress the development of character through self-discipline and the martial arts
Focused Fitness is located at 12 Shuman Ave. in Augusta and visitors are welcome at any time during the regular school hours. In addition to our weekly schedule of classes, private lessons are available.
